Dr. Daniel is a distinguished is a proven leader with a full U.S. Army career and 20+ years in financial services. With a Ph.D. in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management, he brings a depth of expertise in leadership, organizational strategy, and workforce development. As an expert researcher with a keen analytical and deliberative approach, Dr. Daniel equips organizations with data-driven insights to optimize performance, streamline operations, and cultivate high-impact teams. In addition to his executive leadership experience, he is a dedicated educator, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in business and human resources, shaping the next generation of leaders with practical, real-world knowledge.
